Iron contamination can occur anywhere, whether in bore well water or in the public or municipal system. It is critical to contact the water department at such time in order to determine the problem and take appropriate measures. Dissolved iron in the river or other surface water, on the other hand, can be removed using common purification methods such as chlorination, sedimentation, or filtration. However, dissolved iron in the bore well causes the difficulty, which may need the adoption of alternative procedures. Modern technology has developed certain procedures for removing extra iron from bore well water.
