LOW VOLTAGE = HIGHER CABLE COST

Low voltage solar pumps such as 24V, 48V, 72V or 110V need much higher current to deliver the same power.

That can require very large cable. It is common to see 16mm², 25mm² and even 35mm² cable on low voltage pump installations.

Higher voltage pumps, typically 110V to 600V, use lower current for the same power, allowing smaller and more efficient cable sizes.
